This is my beautiful fiance'

Hello all.
This post is all about my wonderful and beautiful future wife Katie or who I like to call, "babe." She is the most wonderful person I have ever met and is nearly perfect in every way. She always puts other people before her and always sacrifices her wants for other people. She is a true woman of God. I am blessed to be able to have such an amazing person in my life and I know that we are going to do great things for God throughout our relationship.

She is currently studying Nursing and I am currently expanding my Dippin' Dots empire. Haha, just joking. We are often busy so have decided to wait until 2009 to get married. The date is going to be in July or August. We are excited to get married and will have been dating for 8 years by the time we do tie the knot.

She is very loveable and when she has her coffee or protein shake, she is absolutely to die for. She gets so giggly and bubbly that she becomes this new person that only the people close to her know. She prides herself in her self discipline when it comes to eating healthy, working out, and living a nutritious lifestyle. Although she does snack on some peanut butter cups/cake once in a while, that is her weakness.

She loves her dogs, Zoey and Duffy. She got Duffy when she was younger and has become the family favorite. He's very lethargic and lazy, so we decided to get him a playmate. Her name is Zoey, which means "giver of life." She is the most hyper dog you will ever meet. I mean it. I am actually 100% certain that there is no dog in this world that has more energy than this dog. Don't even try to debate it. Zoey is our puffy pomeranian that you could most easily mistake as a fox. She really does look like a fox. She and Duffy get along perfectly, even though Zoey kind of beats him up, we all know he enjoys it.

Overall though, my fiance is an amazing girl. I don't know where I'd be without her. She brought me to Christ and has completely made me a better person. She brings out the better in me, and I can't thank her enough for all the prayers and things that she's done for me. I love you babe, you mean the world to me.

Halo 3 vs. Call of Duty 4

Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. Both are really well done games. But coming from an avid MLG Halo player and just a good overall good FPS gamer, here are some comparisons of the two in my opinion.

Pros for Halo 3:
Halo 3 has so much multiplayer choices from 4 players on the same screen, to playing 4 person co-op online. The possibilities are endless. Halo 3 has a great matchmaking system and has fixed a lot of the cheating from Halo 2.

Cons for Halo 3:
Halo 3 has amazing color schemes for masterchief and the elite characters. Woopy doo. Why do we want to color our masterchief chariot red or aquamarine blue. Come on... Not only that, they do allow you to customize the way masterchief looks. "I want to be a masterchief ninja! YEH YEH YEH!" as you would hear from a 10 year old in the middle of the day who skipped school so he could get all the achievements and be a ninja spartan! Ha. Ha. What would have been great is if you could choose from battle wounds or even a spartan with paratrooper pants, a wife beater , and just the spartan helmet. - Kidding, but it would be fun.

Ok ok, so enough about how the player customization went totally wrong. Lets talk about the new maps. All the maps are what I like to say "bojangled" - which in my mind means, what the heck? this is the weirdest and crappiest layout I have ever seen.

I don't want to start going on and on about the maps so lets switch to game play. The game play is slow, laggy still, and choppy. Their is a whoever has more health wins style play making it the least fun because everyone loves those kills when you have no health and get a double or triple kill. Glitches are gone (no not superbouncing, the good gamer glitches like bxr and double shot, etc...), which was a great tool for skilled gamers. The grenades are horrible, take forever to go off and like the masterchiefs throwing power really reduces 75% when your backing up... give me a break. You can't cook them which is what you can do in real life. The shield system and the layout was way better in halo 2 .

What about the campaign. I remember reading a ton of articles about how they were going to change the AI system to be more adaptive and make it a lot harder. I beat the game probably in 2 or 3 hours... on legendary. Then I turned on the skulls and beat it in 2 or 3 hours... on legendary. The AI was slow, and they just stand their when you throw grenades at them. The only AI that was decent was the grunts on the ghost.. I probably died a couple of times by them. Enough about that... it was bad, take my word on it.

Lets talk about achievements. There is nothing to talk about, because it takes a day to get all of them.

I guess that's enough about halo 3. I like halo 3, but there's no way I would go back in time and wait for it at midnight. I love halo 2 and will continue to love it.

Now its time for Call of Duty 4. Lets go over the same things that we did for halo.

Cons for Call of Duty 4:
None.

Pros for Call of Duty 4:
Customization. Their is no way to customize your guy but you don't need to, he looks sweet and consistently changes with each game depending on what the computer chooses... yes it does sometimes suck being the Russian guy, but you gotta admit, when he says at the beginning "lets do it comrade" you just feel so good inside. Haha. The best thing COD4 did was with the weapons. Allowing you to choose different classes of weapons allows you to pick the best style for each different level, not a one type fits all scenario like halo. Their are more guns than you can shake a stick at, and the way you can choose the colors of the weapons are awesome as well. The perks are sweet too.. gosh theirs just so much to love.

The maps. OMG, the maps are sweeeeet! Bog, Backlot, Crash, Bloc, Shipment, I can just keep going! They are all sweet. Being able to navigate through rooms and different heights and blowing up cars and sneeking in the tall grass, ahh you can play them all a million times and discover something new.

Lets talk about game play. This is by far the best game I have ever played. There are too many elements in each of the levels that you just cant get enough.

Campaign. Let me paint a picture for you, your going down a narrow street with lots of corners... all of sudden, you hear your guys say, "oh sh*t, over by the red car! RPG RPG RPG!!" You look over at the car and next thing you know your staring at a rocket coming at you, you duck into the prone position and then look behind you and you see the building and the cars .. all blow up next to you. Your screen turns red, and you can feel the character breathing harder. Now tell me you don't want to play that game.

Achievements. COD4 did what all the games should do. They do all of their xbox 360 achievements in the campaign. This is good so people who can't get live, can still build up their achievements. Then they put in a separate part of the game for only online play where you gain XP achievements and try to unlock new weapons. Then when you get to a high enough rank, you can choose a "prestige" (you don't have to) mode where you lwould ose all your unlocked weapons and have to start all over again but you get a cool symbol each time you do a "prestige" mode.

There are just to many things to love about this game. It is definitely worth the money and would be better bought than a lot of the games out their. I'm giving COD4 4 thumbs up because I like to make stupid puns. Ha. Hope you enjoyed this read. Please don't be offended if you lloooovveee halo 3, this is just my opinion.

Yingli Green is making some Green, and I'm not talking about Energy.

YGE - Yingli Green Solar. What a weird name. Probably not a lot of people pay attention to the alternative energy sector, but its about time you did. Some of the big names have gained 100 to 500 percent in less than a year.

Yingli is one of the leading vertically integrated photovoltaic (PV) product manufacturers in China. It has a current MW production rate of 200mw/year and is ramping that up to hit 600mw by the end of 2009 or early 2010. What this means is it is right inline to compete at the top level with First Solar. First solar is on a similar mission, as you can see by the graph shown below (this is FSLR's growth expectations):

Now can anyone tell me what FSLR stock price is? $220+. With most of FSLR's business coming from the United States, which we all know is slowing at least a little bit, their growth will eventually slow down as well. Yingli does a part of its business in the United States, but its only I believe right under 10%. The other 90% is coming from all over Europe, Japan, and China. Their growth is amazing and still in triple digits.
Some key notes to remember about Yingli:
  • Just beat earnings by 4 cents and raised guidance.
  • IPO'd in June of this year near $11.00
  • Current price: $26.00
  • Analysts targets: $194.00-$320.00 (finance yahoo.com)
  • Signed huge polysilicon deal
  • Major contracts with several big companies
The reason I believe this stock will overtake FSLR on its throne is that this company is spending a lot of money and time on research and development. The research they are doing is related to the polysilicon they need in order to survive. Polysilicon is the biggest factor for a solar company. This can hurt their gross margins dramatically (with price increases for demand) and and can also hurt their production if they can't get the amount of polysilicon needed to make their solar panels. Yingli is thinking outside the box. They are developing new technology to reduce significantly... and I mean significantly, the amount of polysilicon needed per each one of their units. This in turn will raise their gross margins and will be a huge asset if polysilicon is hard to come by in the near future. This stock is ready to considered to be valued like SPWR and FSLR.

BPHX - Why i'm not Blue about Bluephoenix Solutions.

Not many people have heard of this stock... BPHX. It's market cap is just under $3 million. It's growth rate is over 35%. and its only $16.00 right now. The company is a Israeli based leader in the modernization of your business IT infrastructure. The company was $5.00 a year ago, and because of it's stellar earnings reports and recent acquisitions, it has had a noticeable run-up in value.

Now please don't be one of those people who just say "hey, he's just trying to boost his stock..." - This couldn't be farther from the truth. No matter what you think, the stock is undervalued. VectorVest, Esignal, Finance Yahoo, and other analyst sites rate this company as a strong buy or buy. The company's year end median target is $25.00-$30.00. It has no potential whatsoever to be affected by the U.S subprime meltdown and credit crunch.

I bought this stock at $17.50 a couple of months ago, and I sold it at $20.50. It then ran up to almost $23.00 when it beat earnings for the 7th time in a row. It has now pulled back with the rest of the market to $15.00-$16.00 and I bought it again. I believe by year end it could hit the $25.00-$30.00 mark and continue to go higher throughout next year. Please remember though, these are my opinions and you dont have to follow them. I cannot be held liable for anything you do.

Key notes as of lately:

  • Landed biggest contract ever with U.S government
  • Sold $35 million dollars worth of shares at $17.50 (so you know its at least worth that)
  • Beat earnings for 7th consecutive time
  • Raised guidance
  • Is appearing and leading in a number of events related to IT infrastructure

Just take a looksy, http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=bphx
